Solihull Energy is working with partners to develop and deliver the Solihull Town Centre Energy Network.
The innovative and reliable new energy network will provide clean heat, hot water, and power to connected buildings. The energy centre, located in Tudor Grange Park, will generate the supply for the network using low-carbon energy solutions, including powerful air source heat pumps.
Connecting a range of buildings across the town centre, with the opportunity to grow the energy network further, this ambitious scheme will deliver significant carbon savings, help reduce fuel bills, and future-proof energy needs for both businesses and residents’ energy needs.
Council owned buildings, and education campuses, are already connecting to the Energy Network. The reliable and innovative scheme has been built to grow, connecting more customers to cleaner heat and hot water.
